1. The basics
These terms cover work done by Fastech Digital Solutions ("we", "us") — websites, software, apps, extensions, plugins and AI products. Asking for a quote or a free concept does not obligate you to anything. A project starts when we both agree on scope and price in writing (email or message counts).
2. Free homepage concept
The free concept is a design preview, not the finished product. It is free with no obligation — if you don't proceed, you owe nothing and we owe you nothing further. Concepts remain our property until a project is paid for.
3. Payments
- Standard schedule: 50% to start, 50% on launch, unless agreed otherwise.
- Accepted methods: bank transfer, JazzCash / Easypaisa, Payoneer / Wise.
- Work pauses if a due payment is more than 14 days late; launch happens after the final payment clears.
4. Timelines
Timelines we quote (for example "~7 days") are good-faith estimates starting from when we have everything needed. Delays caused by late content, late feedback or late payments extend the timeline accordingly.
5. Revisions
Each project includes two rounds of revisions at the concept stage and reasonable adjustments during the build. Major scope changes after approval are quoted separately.
6. Your responsibilities
- Provide content, images and brand materials on time — and only material you have the rights to use.
- Give feedback within 7 days at each review stage so the project keeps moving.
- Keep your own backups of anything you send us.
7. Intellectual property
On receipt of the final payment, ownership of the finished website/software transfers to you — excluding third-party libraries, fonts and stock assets, which remain under their own licenses. Until final payment, all work remains our property. We may show finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing before launch.
8. Warranties & liability
We build carefully and test before launch, and included support periods cover fixing our own defects. We are not liable for issues caused by third-party services, hosting, or changes made by you or others after handover. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid for it.
9. Cancellation
You may cancel any time. Work completed up to cancellation is billed at the agreed rate; the starting 50% deposit is non-refundable once build work has begun.
10. Governing
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will first be attempted to resolve informally over 30 days.
